ELO is pleased to announce that it is growing its global footprint through collaboration with Steve French and Lx Partners.
Dr. Richard (Rick) J. Goossen founded the ELO Network in 2005 with a vision to help meaning-driven marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders succeed by offering support through peer advisory groups, leadership programs, conferences, and business consulting. ELO has held over 70 events in Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Oxford. Through its various initiatives, it impacts 100,000 people annually.
Founded in 2018, the ELO Oxford Leadership Program is a one-week transformative experience for businesspeople from around the globe. This year’s program is from July 7-13. Each day at the ELO Oxford Leadership Program will be launched with devotional insights from Steve French on how Jesus uniquely developed 12 marketplace leaders.
Rick has attracted top practitioners and instructors from around the world. Practitioners have included: Mart Green, Chairman of Hobby Lobby Group; Stephen K. Green, former Chair and CEO of HSBC; and Philip Ng, CEO, Far East Organization, Singapore. Thought leaders have included great minds from Oxford, Harvard, Cambridge, McGill, Yale, and Baylor, along with authors N.T. Wright and John C. Maxwell.
ELO and Lx Partners are each expanding their global imprint by collaboratively marketing the ELO Oxford Leadership Program in Oxford, UK, since 2018, and the Flourishing at Work Summit at Harvard, initiated in 2024.
Lx Partners was founded by Steve French and today it is a vast and vetted network of relationships that convenes and connects executives and non-profit leaders, providing the resources, relationships, and wisdom needed to multiply their impact and influence. Lx currently serves influential organizations, including Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program and The King’s College, with Steve serving as their interim president.
Steve’s network has served brands such as Walt Disney World, Apple, Chick-fil-A, DeBartolo Development, Red Lobster, Advent Health, Coca-Cola, Darden Restaurants (including Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52), National Christian Foundation, King Price Insurance, Bigen Group, isolutions, Orlando Healthcare, CNL Financial Group, Power Group, Regal Marine, and numerous small businesses and non-profit organizations.
Steve previously led Lifework Leadership which began in 1992 in Florida and has since become the flagship program of The City Changers Movement for equipping influencers. Leaders from different spheres of society are empowered through Lifework programs to become city changers. The City Changers Movement is active in over 20 cities around the world.
Most recently, Steve French has organized an invitation-only “Flourishing at Work Summit,” co-hosted by Sovereign’s Capital, and offered in conjunction with the Human Flourishing Program, Institute for Quantitative Social Science, Harvard University. The Summit will take place from April 25-26. Dr. Richard (Rick) J. Goossen will participate in the Summit offering a discussion of leadership development tools such as the ELO Oxford Leadership Program.
