APPLY TO JOIN A GROUP

Peer Advisory Group Board Meetings. A structured four-hour session to discuss issues relevant to Members. There is a check-in period for Members to review new items from the past month. Each Member has the opportunity to present a Business Case or Issue Review to their group for feedback. Meetings are held at the offices of different Members on a rotating basis. These meetings take place 6 times a year (every other month). 1:1 Personal Strategic Reviews. A one-hour confidential session. They are private meetings between each individual Member and the Group Chair for confidential discussion of pressing issues. These meetings take place 6 times a year (every other month). Leadership Expert Webinar and Roundtable Discussion. A one-hour virtual webinar. Expert presenters from around the globe deliver insights on current business issues. Followed by a members-only, 30-minute roundtable discussion and Q&A with the presenter and other Group Members. These webinars take place 6 times a year (every other month). ELO Forums and VIP receptions. One-day business conferences in Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Toronto. Learn from a roster of 10 expert speakers and practitioners. Get special access to the VIP receptions and discounted ticket rates. The Forums take place once a year. ELO Oxford Leadership Program. A one-week executive education experience in Oxford, UK. Join a cohort of 20 to learn from prominent practitioners and world-famous University of Oxford professors. Members receive priority registration and a discount on the course fee. The Program takes place once a year during the summer. Annual Business Trips and Site Visits. One-day or overnight trips with each Peer Advisory Group. Includes a site visit, tour, and a private meeting with owners/founders. Unique experiences that ELO has exclusive access to. Time to network and connect with other Group Members on a deeper level. Business/site visits take place once a year.
