Part I

The ELO Network had an incredible year of impact in 2024! Here are some highlights from our work over the past year. We are grateful for the constant support of our global community. If you’re not yet part of the ELO Network, we invite you to join the leading community of Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders in the world!

1. Speaker Network - There was an amazing lineup of 22 speakers, interviewers, and presenters at the ELO Forums in Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Toronto. The conferences featured a great roster of speakers from a variety of backgrounds and geographical locations, showcasing our commitment to bringing different perspectives and expertise to our attendees. 2. International Speaker Influence - This year ELO included speakers from Honduras, USA, and the UK. This adds to our list of previous speakers from throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
3. Webinars - ELO held Leadership Expert Sessions for its Peer Advisory Group members and sponsors by these speakers covering the following topics:
   
   1. Rick Rusaw on "Think Big: Gloo, the Super Bowl Ad, and the "He Gets Us" Campaign"
   2. William Vanderbloemen on "Be the Unicorn: 12 Data-Driven Habits that Separate the Best Leaders from the Rest"
   3. Derek Ross on "Why Christian Business Leaders Should Care About Religious Freedom—And What We Can Do to Strengthen It"
   4. Nigel Biggar on "A Christian Response to Navigating the Culture Wars"
4. Peer Advisory Groups - The ELO Peer Advisory Group network includes site visits and unique experiences. In 2024, our groups visited:
   1. JJ Bean, Vancouver, BC
      1. Met with founder John Neate
   2. Cooke Aquaculture, Saint John, NB
      1. Met with co-founder Mike Cooke
   3. Krause Berry Farms, Langley, BC
      1. Met with co-owners Alf & Sandee Krause
5. ELO in Oxford - The ELO Oxford Leadership Program, first launched in 2018, was another great success in 2024! It took place from July 7th to 13th and we were able to deliver an amazing program of executive education, instruction, travel, and networking to Christian business leaders from across the globe.
6. Podcast Episodes - The ELO podcast provided 13 podcasts covering various topics. Our podcast is dedicated to exploring the world of business, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Find us on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or Google.
7. The ELO Network Blog - The ELO Blog focuses on “entrepreneurship, leadership, and meaning” garners 10s of thousands of views. This year ELO provided 74 blog posts covering relevant books, leaders, and events. These posts aimed to inspire and educate readers, offering valuable insights and perspectives on various aspects of meaning-driven entrepreneurship, leadership, and flourishing as one pursues their calling.
