We are excited to announce that this year's ELO Oxford Leadership Program will take place from August 10th – 16th, 2025.
The ELO Oxford Leadership Program is a one-week executive education course that brings together Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders from across North America, Europe, and Asia. The focus of the Program is on how to be more effective meaning-driven difference makers in businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations.
The Program provides a dynamic and interactive environment, with learning from world-class instructors and a global and diverse cohort of peers. Dr. Richard J. Goossen, Chair, ELO Network, is the Program coordinator, integrating guest presenters from Oxford and around the world. Each year the Program has a stellar lineup of instructors addressing various aspects of leadership and entrepreneurship.
In addition to world-class instruction, the ambiance of Oxford is inspiring for the Program cohort. The 850-year-old university city with its fabled spires and medieval colleges, along with various other attractions, is a place to behold.

Nigel Biggar is an Anglican priest, theologian and ethicist, Emeritus Regius Professor of Moral Theology at the University of Oxford and Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Pusey House, Oxford. He was recently named as one of the world’s top thinkers by Prospect Magazine of the UK.
Brendan Case is the Associate Director for Research for the Harvard Flourishing Program at Harvard's Institute for Quantitative Social Science, working both to develop integrative research strategies that draw together explorations of human flourishing from across the social sciences and humanities, and to disseminate the Program's work through external partnerships and public events.
Chris Kutarna is a distinguished author, TED speaker, and scholar who works at the convergence of politics, society, and global trends. With deep insights into global mega-trends and the shifting geopolitical landscape, Chris captivates audiences worldwide with his visionary talks and workshops.
Dr. John Lennox is Professor Emeritus of Mathematics at the University of Oxford. He is an internationally renowned speaker on the interface of science, philosophy and religion. He regularly teaches at many academic institutions, is Senior Fellow with the Trinity Forum and has written a series of books exploring the relationship between science and Christianity.
Cohorts also participate in activities throughout the week: a choral evensong in the historic Christ Church College Cathedral; a tour of Magdalen College where well-known Christian apologist C.S. Lewis taught and lived; and visits to other Oxford colleges and sites.

The Program is based on decades of experience, extensive research, and many years of practical application. Since 2005, ELO has held over 100 successful events, reaching over 150,000 people annually. ELO has attracted the world’s top Christian entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
