Dr. Manuel Guillén

Dr. Guillen is the University of Valencia Representative at RCC-Harvard. He is Tenured Professor of Management in the “Juan José Renau Piqueras” Department of Business Administration at the University of Valencia.

Manuel is the founder and principal researcher of the Institute for Ethics in Communication and Organizations (IECO), and the Director of the IECO-UV Chair Chair of Business Ethics. During eight years Manuel has been the General Secretary of the Spanish branch of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN).

Manuel teaches Fundamentals of Management, Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics, and specializes in the area of leadership and trust in organizations. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia (1998) and a degree in Business Administration from the same university. He did his PhD as a visiting student of the IESE Business School Doctoral Program on the field of Business Ethics and Strategic Management.
