The ELO Forums are MC’d by Dr. Richard J. Goossen. The format of the Forum is a combination of presentations and Q & A Sessions. Dr. Goossen conducts interviews with some of the presenters. In addition, there are guest interviewers (listed below) who conduct interviews with specific presenters.

Dr. Richard. J Goossen is a meaning-driven entrepreneurial leader who serves an extensive network of entrepreneurs and business owners built over decades of client contributions, collaboration, research, and public speaking, impacting approximately 100,000 leaders annually.
Camilo Garcia is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships in Latin America for Opportunity International. He is responsible for leading and overseeing locally the strategy definition and development follow up in the Region, especially in Colombia. Before his current role, he served as CEO of Opportunity’s Bank (Microfinance Institution) in Colombia.

Steve French is the Founder of Lˣ Partners & the Global Ambassador for Lifework Leadership. Lˣ Partners’ influence and serve both church and corporate communities. They are influential leaders who serve at organizations such as Walt Disney World, Apple, Chick-fil-A, DeBartolo Development, and a variety of small businesses and NPOs.
Ron Haik is a Wealth Advisor & Client Relationship Manager in Nicola's Toronto office, with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has gained a breadth of experience working with some of the world’s largest financial institutions advising clients in a variety of roles, such as Financial Planner and Investment Advisor.
John Lennox is Professor Emeritus at the University of Oxford, UK. He is an internationally renowned speaker on the interface of science, philosophy, and religion. He regularly teaches at many academic institutions, is Senior Fellow with the Trinity Forum and has written a series of books exploring the relationship between science and Christianity.
Mitzi Machado is the Executive Director of AGAPE. She more than 25 years of experience in microfinance, supporting vulnerable populations in the area of income-generating programs aimed at empowering marginalized people to work their way out of poverty sustainably.
Jennifer Ménard-Shand is the founder & CEO of Staff Shop based in Toronto. She is a First Nations Ojibwe and French-Canadian wife, mother, entrepreneur and speaker. Staff Shop services hundreds of clients across North America and deploys thousands of employees across Canada as an award-winning, certified diverse staffing and consulting firm.
Ray Pennings is the Co-Founder & Executive VP of Cardus, a leading Canadian think tank. His work focuses on the public dimensions of faith, especially as it informs the work of the full range of social institutions and their contribution to public life. He authors a popular weekly newsletter which provides resources for faith, leadership, and public life.
Andy Steiger is the founder and president of Apologetics Canada, an organization dedicated to helping churches across Canada better understand and engage today’s culture. Most recently, he wrote the book Reclaimed: How Jesus Restores Our Humanity in a Dehumanized World.
