Heather Claridge has over 20 years of experience aligning people, systems and strategy to deliver exceptional employee experiences to achieve business results. Over the course of her career, Heather has seen exponential growth in the organizations she has worked with through both organic growth and acquisition.

As a Human Resources Executive and Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Heather thrives on working at the intersection of people and performance, and has deep expertise related to growing and transforming organizations with a focus on small to medium size, entrepreneurial organizations. Much of her work focuses on the alignment of business strategy, culture and brand, change management and human resources strategy development to support business scalability and change. She also acts as a trusted advisor and coach to Nicola's leadership team members.

Heather holds an MA in Organization Design and Effectiveness and is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP). When not working at Nicola Wealth, Heather mentors early stage HR professionals and works with post secondary students and new graduates to help them transition from campus to career.
