Dr. Matthew T. Lee is a Senior Research Scientist and Director of Empirical Research, the Human Flourishing Program Institute for Quantitative Social Science, Harvard University and a member of the Global Study of Human Flourishing research team, and he leads the Program's Community of Practice. His current research explores topics such as benevolent service to others, organizational compassion capability, and the integration of social science and the humanities.
