Promod joined Norwest in 1990 and has invested in more than 70 companies since he began his venture career.
Bryson Isom serves as an Account Manager on the Client Relations Team at Vanderbloemen serving North America. Bryson brings 16 years of Christian leadership experience to Vanderbloemen. Previously, before joining the team, Bryson pastored in 3 churches, was a Health & Performance entrepreneur, and has also worked in the automotive and logistics industry.
Jennifer Paulson is the Chief Operating Officer at Vanderbloemen. Jennifer brings with her 20 years of business, sales, and operational experience. After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in Religion and a concentration in Economics, Jennifer joined the banking industry. She then went on to pursue further education where she earned a master’s degree in Ethics.

He has presented at various venues such as Cambridge University on philosophical issues related to Artificial Intelligence, provided ethical guidelines on robotics for the United Nations, and addressed legal concerns over rights of conscience at the World Congress in Philosophy of Law.
Kim Tan is Chairman of SpringHill Management, a private fund management company specializing in biotech and social venture capital investments. He has been a pioneer of social impact investing for over 20 years and is a partner of several social impact funds.

He is a Principal at Verhoeff Group of Companies, which has founded, established, acquired, and invested in several businesses, including Advance Flooring, now Orange Room Services.
Daniel Whitehead is the CEO of Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries. He spearheads the movement to equip churches to support mental health and wellbeing in their community. Previously, he spent ten years in full-time vocational ministry, serving as senior pastor of a church for eight years.
